We also refer to other international laws, so as to guarantee a quality service to all of our customers all over the world.

There are forms on our website aimed at collecting data necessary for the registration of one’s name, information requests, products and services purchases. Personal details (email, telephone, address, etc.) will be used to send information, to start and - if necessary – to complete the online purchase process (financial information, credit card numbers, expiry date of credit cards, shipment address, etc.)and for invoicing.
It will be possible to receive information on new services, on special offers and other news. Registered details won’t be passed on to any other subject and/or company. It will be possible to cancel one’s registration just following the procedure explained in the dedicated section – email removal.

With the aim of satisfying its customers, Wine Shop Vitae requests and collects those information necessary to guarantee a good service. Information will be archived in the company databases and won’t be sold or rent to third parties. Any customer will have the possibility to receive news.
